The meeting was called to order by Chair, J. Stricker at 7:01PM.

Attendance:  J. Stricker, T. Stank, Judy Kuhns, Ed Heim, Eddie Heim

Approval of Minutes: The minutes were approved for February 2011 meeting on a motion by T. Stank and seconded by J Kuhns.

Treasurer’s Report:

            J. Stricker stated an amount of $301 remains in the LWAG account.  A print out will be submitted to the Lake Wynonah Business Office.  $15 fee waived from last month.  $50 raised from V day bake sale.  Depositing pre registration checks as they come in.

Old Business:

            A.  A review of the services of Pretzel City Sports was presented by J. Stricker. Vote was

            Not taken due to low attendance.

            B.  A review of the February LWAG To Do List and Duties for Leap in the Lake took place

New Business

 

           A.  Leap in the Lake event:  March 20, 2011 at 12 noon at the Marina.  Reviewed

           B.  Neighborhood Clean-Up Event:  A discussion revolved around the need and timeliness

                 of this event.  More details will be forthcoming. (No Change)

           C.  Prudential Realtors was suggested by D. Stricker as a possible sponsor of an LWAG

                  event.  More details to follow. (No change)

Next Meeting:  Special meeting for Leap in the Lake – March 16th.  Monthly meeting April 6, 2011 at 7:00 PM in Business Office.
